An astonishingly sharp knife
An astonishingly sharp little knife. The blade cuts effortlessly through any fruits or vegetables. The handle is nicely made and the knife is well-balanced. The knife lacks a bolster but represents an incredible value-I have some traditional Iseya knives in 33-layer Damascus but this guy is almost as sharp.
What a beautiful and supremely sharp knife!
This is a beautiful and useful knife, extremely sharp. I have several traditional Iseya knives, and I believe the European-style handle and the shape of the blade on this knife will be advantageous for day-to-day work in the kitchen. The knife, just as with the traditional knives in 33-layer Damascus, cuts through vegetables like they were butter.
This is a superb knife
The knife blade is of the highest quality. I like the traditional design, although this is a small paring knife. My other SETO knives have been durable, easy to sharpen, and always the first knife I grab if I need a really sharp blade for the task that I am doing. Shipping was quick and hassle-free. Highly recommended.

Great Knife
I purchased the knife because I started to bake sourdough bread that was no match for my old bread knife. Your knife is amazing cant wait to use it on this years tomatoes. Love the flexibility of it it will work great when I have a take off the skin of all kinds of thing. Next time I need a knife I will definitely buy it from you Thanks

My Favorite Knife!
I purchased this knife a couple of years ago and use it everyday, multiple times a day. It fits well in the hand, and is light enough that even when chopping or slice lots of material, you never get tired. I like the knife so much, I've purchased a number of them for friends and family.
The knife held it's sharpness for many months. I eventually purchased a sharpening stone and need to sharpen the knife once every few months. As far as I'm concerned, this is the best knife on the market.
